Digital Business Model focuses on the application of strategic and analytical tools to enter or develop business models based on digitalized processes. Digitalization has disruptive impacts and drives the Business Transformation. Principles and methods of business model innovation will be applied to case studies on actual business organizations faced with multi-functional strategic issues and opportunities. Keynote speakers will discuss key technologies like Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, Big Data Analysis, and Artificial Intelligence. Students will work on decision problems by applying concepts and tools from readings to case studies as they develop decision recommendations.
