I hope that this email finds you well.
I just wanted to officially notify you that, as you noticed my well-established behavioral pattern, I start checking your attendance approximately 5-10 minutes before the start of each lecture. I will continue to do so for the rest of this semester.
One crucial point to underline today is that If you are not in presence at the time when I call your name, I will never take attendance again on that day. We already recognize that the same students routinely come to the classroom at the last minute again and again. Probably, they get used to shamelessly doing things at the last minute for their entire life.
Please feel free to ignore the aforementioned point since this critical point does not apply to 95% of you at all.
