Dear all,

I hope that this email finds you well.

Thank you very much for your continued commitments to my IBT course.

I also appreciate the students who presented their questions & relevant comments for today's class discussions.

Today I have heard from a student that, due to another important event?!, some students will not be able to attend the invited talk on 27.05.2025 (Tuesday) that I have officially arranged. Please let me know tomorrow if this applies to you.

However, when I checked the official schedule of the lectures for this semester on the University website, we have lectures scheduled from 27.05.2025 to 29.05.2025. If many students are absent in this event, this would absolutely disappoint me & the invited person  a lot, honestly speaking.

By the way, I noticed that some students do not attend my lectures in a consistent manner, even though they officially define themselves as "attending" students.  As we talked about two distinctive types of attention ("good attention" vs "bad attention") today, it is obvious that the aforementioned students are subject to "bad attention". I wonder why they do not register themselves as "non-attending students" at all.

I have just posted today's presentation & other relevant materials on moodle (Please see WEEK 7). If you wish to know more details about Ocasio's (1997) attention-based view of the firm, you also have access to this articled available from WEEK 7. This is for your information.

Thank you very much for your continued diligence & solid preparation for each session as always.

I wish you a lovely evening & please take the best care of yourself.

Kindest wishes,
