I hope that you are doing well.

Today I just wanted to share some useful information on the success of your group

presentation as follows:

Key Tips

l  Clarify “Who is the audience?”, “What is the purpose?” & “Why us?''

l  Highlight the message you want to convey.

l  Practice together with your group members10 times at least.

l  Use a timer to stay within a set time (Make sure that someone in your group monitors the clock during the presentation).

l  Make a strong first impression by having the most representative member of the group serve as the first presenter.

l  Ensure a logical flow with (1) a clear introduction, (2) main body, & (3) conclusion.

l  Try to guide your audience by providing an overview or roadmap at the beginning.

l  Speak clearly, at an appropriate pace & volume, & make eye contact with the audience.

l  All group members participate actively & in a balanced manner in the presentation.

l  Try to avoid ambiguous words & use simple words as much as possible.
