Dear all,
First & foremost, I would like to truly express my special appreciation to all the students who did their presentations today in particular. My great thanks also go to the audience for their great attention. I have carefully reviewed the contents of the students' assessment sheets & summarized the data into an excel sheet.
I just wanted to kindly inform you that tomorrow's lecture will begin at 08:20 am because we have 7 presentations. The anticipated schedule is as follows:
08:20-08:34 Group 7
08:34-08:48 Group 8
08:48-09:02 Group 9
09:02:-09:16 Group 10
09:16-09:25 Short break
09:25-09:39 Group 11
09:39-09:53 Group 12
09:53-10:07 Group 13
This is just a plan, but I would like to stick with this plan tomorrow.
If you are late, please refrain from entering the room until the ongoing presentation has finished for the purpose of respecting etiquette.
I will appreciate you for your great attention & profound understanding in advance.
