Dear all,
First and foremost, I would like to kindly thank you for your very proactive participation.
I really appreciate your continued hard work & great commitment to my course.
Today I just wanted to inform you that the presentations for both today & the day after tomorrow are available on moodle.
I would like to ask you to do me a favour. Please make sure that you read through with care the following case study:
Meyer (2011) "German Chamber of Commerce Develops Social Responsibility in China".
Then, please sum up some key points & conduct a bit research to identify MNCs of any nationality that are dedicating significant efforts to contribute to the development of local communities through their own CSR practices, particularly in times of crisis events (e.g., earthquakes, typhoons, global warming, financial disruptions, wars etc.).
I will randomly appoint some of you as volunteers to share some relevant information in class. Please complete this assignment before attending the lecture scheduled for this Wednesday morning.
