Dear students,
I would like to inform that we have suspended the classes on November 26th and December 3rd.
I instead inform you that
- for those participating in the A-SIDE online school, the deadline to finalize the assignments is coming soon. You should have received a reminder with all instructions on Saturday.
- on Wednesday, December 10th, we will host Damiana Rigamonti for the first class on M&A strategy. She will provide some theoretical and practical insights on one of the most challenging strategic options, which is the engagement in M&A operations.
- on Wednesday, December 17th, we will host Fabio Nani and Greta Ongaro for the second class on M&A strategy. They will focus on actual cases that EY has been consulting on.
I would also like to share that tomorrow, 25.11.2025, at the University of Bergamo (Caniana building) there will be an event with key speakers discussing about sustainability (the event is in Italian language: "Sostenibilità: opportunità e rischi derivanti dalla transizione ambientale"; if you'd like to attend, please remember to register in advance as indicated in the flyer).
