The course aims at discussing fundamental and current concepts, models and practical insights about strategy. The course includes Theory and Practice modules. Over the first and second semester, you will have the chance to learn and critically evaluate firm strategies and their outcomes.

Later on, after the task on the SAFe framework is completed, you can upload the second PDF.
