Dear students,
With this communication, we would like to share the guidelines related to PW Lab 4 – pre-exam, together with the agenda and some organizational deadlines.
First of all, please consider the following final recommendations based on the PW Lab 3: (i) make sure the use of sources to support your statements and analyses as transparency will be an evaluation criterion; (ii) take care that trends and external forces are key to the industry you are considering; (iii) ensure that each strategic tool adopted helps feed another part of the analysis and/or strategic responses of the sampled companies to the trends. Conclusions might incorporate final recommendations for the companies and the industry.
PW Lab 4 represents the final stage for presenting your project work. Therefore, we ask you to prepare:
- the final version of your presentation (.pdf format);
- the final report of your project work (.pdf format).
The presentation (lasting a total of 30 minutes for each group: 22 minutes for the presentation and 8 minutes for Q&A) should be clearly structured and include:
- the sector and scope of analysis;
- the trends identified and their relevance;
- the strategic groups and companies analyzed;
- the main findings that emerged;
- the strategic implications and changes in business models;
- the sources and data used to support the analysis (as discussed in the previous PW labs).
We kindly ask you to upload the final presentation and the report through the following link: GOOGLE FORMS LINK
Submission deadlines:
- Session of 27/05 → by 25/05 at 12:00 PM
- Session of 03/06 → by 01/06 at 12:00 PM
File naming convention:
- “GroupX_PWLab4.pdf” (for the final presentation)
- “GroupX_Report.pdf” (for the report)
